بررسی و تحلیل وضعیت موجود رهبری خدمتگزار در دانشگاه فرهنگیان
این پژوهش، با هدف شناسایی وضعیت موجود رهبری خدمتگزار، در دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام گرفته است. جامعة مورد مطالعه، شامل کلیة اعضای هیتعلمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان (707 نفر) میباشد، که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای، تعداد 356 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدهاند. برای سنجش رهبری خدمتگزار در دانشگاه فرهنگیان، از مقیاس چند بعدی اندازهگیری رهبری خدمتگزار دیرندانک و نئوجتن (2011) ([1]SLS) »، استفاده شده است. برای تعیین روایی و پایایی از روایی سازه، روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و ضریب آلفای کران باخ، بهره گرفته شد. نتایج آزمون تی تک گروهی نشان داد که میانگین مشاهده شده وضعیت موجود رهبری خدمتگزار در دانشگاه فرهنگیان (3.971)، بیشتر از میانگین مورد انتظار (3.5) بوده است؛ همچنین تفاوت بین میانگین وضعیت موجود و وضعیت مورد انتظار (مطلوب) رهبری خدمتگزار در ابعاد هشتگانه، معنیدار است. نتایج آزمون t مستقل نشان داد که بین وضعیت موجود رهبری خدمتگزار از دیدگاه اعضای هیأتعلمی مرد و زن، تفاوت معنیداری وجود ندارد. آزمون تحلیل واریانس[2]، نشان داد که متغیر سطح تحصیلات اعضای هیأتعلمی تأثیری بر دیدگاه آنها نسبت به وضعیت موجود رهبری خدمتگزار در دانشگاه ندارد. اعضای هیأتعلمی شاغل در پستهای اداری و مدیریتی، نسبت به اعضای هیأتعلمی که بهعنوان مدرّس فعّالیت دارند، وضعیّت موجود رهبری خدمتگزار را بهطورکلّی در سطح بالاتری ارزیابی کردهاند. بررسی رابطة بین مدیریت دانش و عملکرد شغلی معلمان مدارس متوسطة اول دخترانة شهرستان سیرجان
هدف این مطالعه بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت دانش با عملکرد شغلی معلمان مدارس متوسطه اول دخترانه شهرستان سیرجان است روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه اماری پژوهش را کلیه معلمان مدارس متوسطه اول دخترانه شهرستان سیرجان تشکیل می دهند. در این مطالعه، تعداد 206 معلم، در مدارس متوسطه اول دخترانه بهوسیله نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. و پرسشنامههای مدیریت دانش بر اساس مدل پایههای ساختمان دانش (2000) و عملکرد شغلی هرسی و گلد اسمیت (1988) را کامل کردند. دادهها بهوسیله همبستگی پیرسون، همبستگی خی دو، واریانس و تحلیل رگرسیون مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت.نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بین تمام مؤلفههای مدیریت دانش با عملکرد شغلی رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد. همچنین عملکرد شغلی معلمان بر اساس سابقه تدریس متفاوت است؛ اما بین میزان مدیریت دانش، بر اساس سابقه تدریس تفاوت معنیداری وجود نداشت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین میزان تحصیلات معلمان با مدیریت دانش و عملکرد شغلی رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد. تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که عملکرد شغلی معلمان بهوسیله مؤلفههای مدیریت دانش پیشبینی میشود.

طراحی و آزمودن الگویی از پیشآیندهای عملکرد تحصیلی درس ریاضی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و آزمودن الگویی از پیشآیندهای عملکرد تحصیلی درس ریاضی بود، که محیط یادگیری سازندهگرای ادراک شده، خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و مشوقهای انگیزشی منفی به عنوان متغیرهای پیشآیند، عملکرد تحصیلی درس ریاضی، به عنوان پیامد و ارزش تکلیف به عنوان متغیر میانجی انتخاب شدند. جامعة آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد واحد اهواز بوده است، که در سال 1393 در این دانشگاه مشغول به تحصیل بودند، که از این جامعة آماری و به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی، تعداد 100 نفر جهت سنجش پایایی و روایی ابزارها و تعداد 250 نفر جهت فرضیةآزمایی برگزیده و ابزار پژوهش بر روی آنها اجرا شد. دادهها از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و تحلیل واسطهای تحلیل شدند.نتایج حاکی از اثر مثبت محیط یادگیری سازندهگرای ادراک شده، خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و اثر منفی مشوقهای انگیزشی منفی بر عملکرد تحصیلی درس ریاضی، و همچنین اثر مثبت غیرمستقیم محیط یادگیری سازندهگرای ادراک شده، خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و اثر منفی غیرمستقیم مشوقهای انگیزشی منفی بر عملکرد تحصیلی درس ریاضی از طریق ارزش تکلیف بود.میتوان نتیجه گرفت که مسئولان و اساتید میتوانند با ایجاد شرایط مناسب یادگیری و پیاده کردن اصول سازندهگرا در کلاسهای درس، جایگزین کردن الگوهای انگیزشی مبتنی بر تلاش به جای الگوهای انگیزشی مبتنی بر توانایی، استفاده از مشوقهای انگیزشی مثبت و حمایتهای مناسب نظیر نظارت صحیح و ارزشدهی بیشتر به علم و تحصیل ریاضی و بالا بردن معقولانه سطح انتظارات تحصیلی، زمینه را برای درگیری بیشتر دانشجویان به یادگیری و تکالیف ریاضی فراهم نمایند که نتیجه نهایی آن بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی درس ریاضی خواهد بود.

نقش سودمندی ادراک شده، فرسودگیتحصیلی و امید به آینده در پیوند با انگیزشتحصیلی
پژوهش با هدف بررسی سودمندی ادراکشده، فرسودگیتحصیلی و امید به آینده به منظور فهمیدن رابطه آنها با انگیزشتحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اسلامشهر انجام شد. جامعه آماری؛ تمام دانشجویان شاغل به تحصیل کهبا روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای 536 نفر از آنها در نمونه قرار گرفتند. از پرسشنامههای انگیزشتحصیلی"AMS" (1992)، سودمندیادراکشده، فرسودگیتحصیلی برسو و همکاران (1997) و مقیاس امید اسنایدر(1991) استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد بین متغیرهای سودمندی ادراک شده و امید به آینده با انگیزشتحصیلی رابطه مثبت وجود دارد، و بین فرسودگیتحصیلی و انگیزشتحصیلی رابطه منفی بود. نتیجه آنکه بهتر است به مولفههای سودمندی ادراکشده، فرسودگیتحصیلی و امید به آینده به عنوان تعدادی از متغیرهای پیشبینیکننده انگیزش تحصیلی دانشجویان در محیطهای آموزشی توجه بیشتری مبذول گردد.

پیشبینی کمکطلبی تحصیلی توسط باورهای هوشی با واسطهگری احساسات شرم و گناه
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارائۀ یک مدل علّی از کمکطلبی تحصیلی و باورهای هوشی براساس نقش واسطهگری احساسات شرم و گناه به روش تحلیلِ مسیر است. روش: شرکتکنندگان این پژوهش شامل 213 نفر از دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطۀ شهرستان لردگان بودهاند که به روش خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامههای باورهای هوشی (عبدالفتاح و یتس، 2006)، مقیاس گرایش به شرم و گناه (کوهن، وولف، پنتر و اینسکو، 2011) و مقیاس رفتار کمکطلبی (ریان و پینتریچ، 1997) پاسخ دادند. مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش، با استفاده از تحلیل مسیر آزمون شد. یافتهها نشان داد باور هوشی افزایشی هم بهطورمستقیم و هم با واسطهگری احساس گناه، پیشبینیکنندۀ مثبت معنادار رفتار پذیرش کمکطلبی تحصیلی است. همچنین باور هوشی ذاتی بهطورمستقیم و با واسطهگری احساس شرم، اجتناب از کمکطلبی تحصیلی را بهطور مثبت پیشبینی کرد. نتیجهگیری: در مجموع براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، کمکطلبی تحصیلی تحتتأثیر باورهای هوشی و هیجانات اخلاقی میباشد.

رابطة رویکردهای یادگیری با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان گروههای علوم انسانی و فنی مهندسی با توجه به نقش جنسیت
پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی ارتباط رویکردهای یادگیری با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان گروههای علوم انسانی و فنی مهندسی، با توجه به نقش جنسیت انجام شده است. روش این پژوهش، از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعة آماری این پژوهش، تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز بودند که از بین آنها تعداد 100 نفر (50 نفر رشتة علوم انسانی و 50 نفر رشتة فنی مهندسی)، به روش نمونهگیری دردسترس، انتخاب و به پرسشنامه تجدیدنظر شدة دو عاملی فرایند مطالعه (R-SPQ-2F) (بیگز، کمبر و لانگ، 2001) پاسخ دادند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روشهای همبستگی، رگرسیون و آزمون t مستقل استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که بین رویکرد عمقی، با پیشرفت تحصیلی، همبستگی مثبت معنادار و بین رویکرد سطحی، با پیشرفت تحصیلی، همبستگی منفی معنادار وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیزنشان داد که متغیر رویکرد سطحی یادگیری تبیینکننده منفی معناداری برای پیشرفت تحصیلی بود. همچنین نتایج آزمون t نشان داد که بین دختران و پسران از نظر رویکرد سطحی و بین دو گروه علوم انسانی و فنی مهندسی از نظر رویکرد عمقی یادگیری تفاوت معناداری یافت شد. به طور کلی بررسی رویکردهای یادگیری و تعیین نقاط قوت و ضعف یادگیری دانشجویان اطلاعات مفیدی برای دست اندرکاران، برنامه ریزان آموزشی و اساتید فراهم میآورد تا شرایط مناسبی برای مطالعه و یادگیری بهتر دانشجویان ایجاد کنند.

تدریس، با تأکید بر راهحلهای چندگانه: گامی بهسمت تقویت استدلال ریاضی
هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی میزان اثربخشی آموزش با تأکید بر راهحلهای چندگانه، در تقویت مهارت استدلال ریاضی در دانشآموزان دورة متوسطه است. در این مطالعه، 47 دانشآموز در گروه آزمایشی و 54 دانشآموز در گروه کنترل، شرکت داشتند که همگی در سال تحصیلی 95-1394، در مدارس دولتی دخترانة منطقة 3 آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران، در دو رشتة ریاضی و تجربی، مشغول به تحصیل بودند. ابزار این مطالعه، آزمونی است که بر مبنای دستهبندی میازاکی (2000) شامل استدلال استنتاجی و استقرایی است. روش پژوهش، کنشپژوهی است که در بطن آن از روش شبه آزمایشی استفاده شده است. تحلیل نتایج نشان میدهد آموزش بهکمک راهحلهای چندگانة مهارت استدلال را در گروه دانشآموزان ریاضی افزایش داده، ولی تغییرات میانگین در گروه تجربی اندک است. تحلیل کیفی نتایج نیز نشان میدهد، بسیاری از دانشآموزان فهم درستی از اثبات، ضرورت اثبات، ویژگیهای اثبات معتبر و تمایز بین نمایش و محتوای اثبات ندارند، بسیاری از آنها با مفهوم متغیر، مأنوس نیستند و بهخوبی موفق به گذر از تفکر حسابی به تفکر جبری نشده و نیز در گفتمان ریاضی، قوی عمل نمیکنند.
