بررسی ساختار عاملی تسهیم دانش، اعتماد سازمانی و خلاقیت

چکیده

   پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی ارتباط چندگانه بین تسهیم دانش، اعتماد سازمانی با خلاقیت کارشناسان پردیس فنی دانشگاه تهران انجام‌گرفته است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی – همبستگی به روش مدل معادلات ساختاری بوده است. جامعة آماری کلیة کارشناسان دانشکدة فنی دانشگاه تهران بودند که تعداد 100 نفر به شیوة نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده، انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش­نامة تسهیم دانش دیکسون (2007)، پرسش­نامة اعتماد سازمانی الونن و همکاران (2008) و پرسش­نامة خلاقیت رند سیپ (1979) استفاده شده است. داده‌های پژوهش پس از جمع‌آوری پرسش­نامه‌ها و بر اساس سؤالات تحقیق و با استفاده از آزمون هایی نظیر t تک نمونه، ضریب رگرسیون و مدل معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار AMOS مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که: 1-از بین مؤلّفه‌های تسهیم دانش، تسهیم ترتیبی و آشکار؛ از بین مؤلّفه‌های اعتماد سازمانی، اعتماد به همکاران و سازمان و خلاقیت کارشناسان از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار است، 2-از نظر کارشناسان پردیس فنی دانشگاه تهران از بین مؤلّفه‌های تسهیم دانش، مؤلّفه‌های تسهیم دانش پنهان و از بین مؤلّفه‌های اعتماد سازمانی، اعتماد به مدیر، از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار است؛ و در نهایت 3- اعتماد سازمانی به طور مستقیم، بر تسهیم دانش اثرگذار بوده امّا بر خلاقیّت کارشناسان تأثیری ندارد؛ درحالی‌که تسهیم دانش بر خلاقیّت کارشناسان اثر مستقیمی دارد.
