Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the aesthetic elements (color, light and form) in designing the educational environment of pre-primary centers in accordance with the guidelines of the Welfare Organization of the country and adapting them to existing standards. The method of this study was descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of this study was all 68 kindergartens in the 5th district of Tehran under the umbrella organization. Twenty kindergartens from the statistical population were selected using stratified sampling method. To collect the data from the present study, a checklist approved by the welfare organization and a researcher-made questionnaire were used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the professors and its reliability was obtained by using Cronbach's alpha of 85/0. Data obtained from this study were analyzed by descriptive and inferential methods using SPSS software. The findings of this study showed that there is a significant difference between the views of managers regarding the aesthetic elements based on the checklist of the welfare organization and the researcher-made questionnaire. Also, the use of aesthetic elements in designing a nursery school environment at a weak level And needs to be modified and modified.
