An investigation the effect of the dimensions of a coach-oriented organization establishment on organizational learning in campuses and higher education centers of Farhangian University

Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify the dimensions of the establishment of a coach-oriented organization on organizational learning variable in Farhangian University. This research was functional in terms of purpose and was quantitative in terms of type, and in terms of methodology was correlational descriptive-survey. The statistical population included all the staff of Farhangian University in the Razavi, North & South Khorasan Provinces with a population of 398 people, 196 of whom were selected by stratified random sampling using Krejvie &Morgan table (1970). The data collection instrument was a questionnaire.To data analysis was used descriptive & inferential statistics and structural equation model with SPSS 22 and PLS 3 software was used to test the hypotheses. The amount of factor loading and T values and the level of significance of the structural equation test showed that only the context dimension has a significant effect on the organizational learning variable and the other dimensions do not have a significant effect on learning. As a result In order to improve organizational learning, it is possible to use the establishment of a coaching organization and pay more attention to the dimension of the field of establishment and invest less in other dimensions.
