Identifying and Interacting the Components of Leadership Styles and Dimensions of Entrepreneurship Development in Universities

Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify and interact with the components of leadership styles and dimensions of entrepreneurship development in Iranian universities. The combined research method and statistical population included experts from entrepreneurial universities in the country, which numbered 60 people, Based on Cochran's formula, 52 people were purposefully selected as a sample. The research tools were interviews and questionnaires. To determine the ranking and effectiveness and effectiveness of the research components were analyzed through statistical tests using MicMac and Spss software. The results showed that transformational leadership style has a great impact on the development of entrepreneurship in universities.
