Investigating the factors affecting the quality of students in the sixth grade thinking and research course

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact on the quality of the elementary lesson of thinking and research in the sixth grade. The research method is survey type. The statistical population of the research includes all the sixth grade students of district 18 of Tehran in the year 1402-1401. For an example, the cluster sampling method was used; In this way, at first, one of the boys' primary schools, one of the boys' schools ( Shahed Khorramnejad ), and then all the students of the sixth grade, 116 students, were selected as a sample. All schools were selected as samples. The tool for collecting information in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to determine the face validity of the questionnaire, the opinions of six sixth grade teachers were asked about the questionnaire and it was approved. Also, to determine the reliability of the research tool, Cronbach's alpha method was used, the report of which is given in table number (1)showed that the components of teacher's specialized knowledge and teaching,the thinking and research book is more than the average. In the assignment component, no significant difference was observed between these differences with the average mean (P>0.01).
