Mediating Impact of knowledge management on the relationship between organizational culture and orientation of entrepreneurial students

Abstract

This paper examines the impact of organizational culture on entrepreneurial orientation with respect to the mediating role of knowledge management. Research method was applied based on aim and based on data collecting was quantitative with the approach of correlation. The study sample consisted of 93 doctoral students at Tehran university entrance will be a total of about 3110 people. Based on a stratified random sampling method and sample size was determined as a function Cochran formula 324. Analysis of the data using structural equation modeling and the software LISREL-V8.8 help done in two parts a measurement model and the structural. In the first part of the technical characteristics of the questionnaire was evaluated and needed reforms carried out. In the second part of the structural model coefficients were used to examine the research hypotheses. The results indicate a significant and positive impact of organizational culture on the one hand and student’s entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management is a significant impact on the mediator variable and the link between the two is.
