To Present a Comprehensive Model of School Excellence (Case Study: Elementary Schools)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study school excellence and to provide a comprehensive model for schools. Research Methodology is an applied and developmental research topic. In terms of data collection method, the method used is descriptive-analytical and research approach is mixed (quantitative and qualitative).
The results indicated that in designing the school's excellence model, the key components of the school's internal requirements (with 3 dimensions of school infrastructure requirements, school leadership requirements, school resource requirements), school external requirements (with 2 dimensions of governance requirements And social requirements), school process requirements (with 3 dimensions of the decision process, the monitoring and evaluation process, and the implementation process), and ultimately the key results (with 2 dimensions of stakeholder outcomes and learning outcomes and in general, the model of the school equilibrium model is affected by these key components and related dimensions, and are fitted out to be meaningful.
