Abstract

The main purpose of this study was pathology of teachers' rating system based on three- dimensional model (behavioral, contextal and structural damages). This research is applied in terms of research type and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of research methodology. In the qualitative section, semi-structured interviews with teachers included in the ranking system, school administrators and surveys of experts were used for data collection. The statistical sample consisted of 15 teachers, school administrators and experts until theoretical saturation was achieved by purposeful sampling method. In the quantitative section of the statistical population, 46,351 teachers of elementary, first and second grades of Tehran. That among them with using Krejcie snd Morgan table 381 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. In the qualitative section, Colaysy's method was used to analyze the interviews using ATLAS.Ti software. the conceptual model of the research was drawn.The results showed that the most important disadvantages of the teacher ranking system are, in the structural dimension, including inappropriate infrastructure, non-standard tests; Behavioral dimension includes low psychological well-being of teachers and inappropriate attitude; In the context, they include the inability of the decision-making system and cultural damages .
