Abstract

Objective: applied research to identify and explain ways to improve the quality of educational services in special secondary schools.
methods: with a mixed approach, a quantitative stage in a descriptive (survey) method and a qualitative stage based on the constructivist design of the grounded theory. In the quantitative stage, the statistical population was 1597 people. The number of samples of 310 people and in the qualitative stage, theoretical saturation was achieved after 13 in depth interviews.
Results: The quality of educational services is high and appropriate according to students'
perceptions and expectations. In the qualitative analysis of identification and explanation of solutions for closing the gap, 198 key solutions are presented, and then 74 primary codes, 28 concepts and finally in the form of 5 categories are presented in the direction of the centralized code for improving the quality of school educational services.
Conclusion: educational centers First of all, this quality should be evaluated with a scientific method and its position from the point of view. The main customers should be identified and strategies should be used to strengthen the resulting gap.
