شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر فرهنگ پژوهش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر؛ با هدف آسیب‌شناسی فرهنگ پژوهش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان خراسان جنوبی انجام شده است که بر مبنای هدف، در ذیل پژوهش‌های کاربردی قرار دارد و به روش ترکیبی و با استفاده طرح اکتشافی متوالی انجام‌شده است. مشارکت کنندگان بخش کیفی پژوهش شامل کلیه اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان خراسان جنوبی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 13 نفر به‌عنوان مشارکت‌کننده انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری بخش کمی ، شامل کلیه استادان دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری دردسترس (118 نفر) به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که روایی مصاحبه ها با استفاده از روش توافق کدگذاران (80/0) و پرسشنامه از طریق روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا مورد تأیید واقع شد. برای محاسبه پایایی پرسشنامه از سه معیار، ضرایب بارهای عاملی، آلفای کرونباخ (80/0) و پایایی ترکیبی (78/0) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA10 و اسمارت PLS3 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. نتایج بخش کیفی ، بیانگر 62 کد باز، 13 کد محوری و 3 کد انتخابی بود. همچنین؛ نتایج بخش کمی نشان داد که مدل آسیب‌شناسی فرهنگ پژوهش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان، دارای سه بعد محتوایی، ساختاری و محیطی است که بعد محتوایی (23/0)، بعد ساختاری (61/0) و بعد محیطی (35/0) از تغییرات فرهنگ پژوهش را تبیین می‌کند و بعد ساختاری نسبت به سایر ابعاد، نقش مؤثرتری در تبیین فرهنگ پژوهش دارد. درمجموع، نتایج پژوهش بیانگر این بود که این ابعاد 85/0 از تغییرات فرهنگ پژوهش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان را تبیین می‌کنند.
