چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های آموزش مجازی از دیدگاه دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کردستان)

چکیده

هدف اساسی پژوهش حاضر بررسی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های آموزش مجازی از دیدگاه دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کردستان بود. در این پژوهش، از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد استقرایی استفاده شده است. بر این اساس جامعه پژوهش مشتمل بر تمامی دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کردستان مشتمل بر 1245 دانشجوی پسر و 491 دانشجوی دختر مشغول به تحصیل در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 و نیز منابع علمی مکتوب مرتبط با موضوع در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر داخلی و خارجی از سال 2019 تا 2022 بود. روش نمونه‌گیری دانشجو معلمان استان کردستان هدفمند و بر اساس قاعدۀ انتخاب تدریجی و رسیدن به اشباع نظری داده‌ها بود. برای نمونه‌گیری منابع مکتوب نیز، منابعی که ارتباط بیشتری با موضوع پژوهش داشتند، به شکل هدفمند برای تحلیل انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با تحلیل محتوای استقرایی، مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل و کدگذاری قرارگرفته و درنهایت چالش‌های آموزش مجازی در قالب پنج مقوله نهایی 1) چالش‌های درون فردی، 2) چالش‌های برون فردی، 3) چالش‌های مرتبط با دانشگاه، 4) چالش‌های آموزشی، 5) چالش‌های مرتبط با اساتید و 22 زیر مقوله استخراج شدند. فرصت‌های آموزش مجازی نیز در چهار مقوله نهایی 1) فرصت‌های شخصی، 2) فرصت‌های سازمانی، 3) فرصت‌های آموزشی، 4) تشکیل اجتماعات یادگیری و 12 زیر مقوله مورد طبقه‌بندی قرار گرفتند. با عنایت به این یافته‌ها پیشنهاد می‌شود مسئولین دانشگاه، اقدامات کاربردی پیشنهادشده را در راستای کاهش این چالش‌ها و بسترسازی برای توسعه فرصت‌های مذکور و درنهایت تسهیل مدیریت آموزش مجازی دانشگاه در آینده، مدنظر قرار دهند.
