تأثیر آموزش بازی برای درک بر انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و یادگیری فورهند تنیس روی میز در دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره دوم ابتدایی

چکیده

آموزش در تربیت‌بدنی مدارس نقش مهمی در مهارت‌های روان‌شناختی و مهارتی بخصوص در دوره ابتدایی دارد. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی مداخله آموزش بازی برای درک (TGFU) برانعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و یادگیری مهارت فورهند تنیس روی میز در دانش‌آموزان دوره دوم ابتدایی انجام شد. برای این منظور درمجموع 60 دانش‌آموز به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه TGFU (30 نفر) و سنتی (30 نفر) تمرین کردند. مداخلات در چهار هفته، هر هفته سه جلسه و هر جلسه 45 دقیقه اجرا شد.همه شرکت‌کنندگان پرسشنامه‌ انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و همچنین آزمون مهارت تنیس روی میز را از ابتدا تا هفته دوم و پایان مداخله تکمیل کردند. نتایج تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر نشان داد شرکت‌کنندگان گروه TGFU نمرات بالاتری را نسبت به همتایان گروه سنتی در رابطه بامهارت تنیس روی میز و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی داشتند. نتایج مطالعه حاضر تأییدی بر نقش مثبت TGFU بر متغیرهای روان‌شناختی و مهارتی در دانش‌آموزان است و می‌تواند آموزشی باشد که در راستای ارتقا دانش معلمان به‌کاربرده شود. ازاین‌رو نتایج این مطالعه TGFU را راهکاری مؤثر بر پداگوژی دانش محتوا معلمان تربیت‌بدنی می‌داند.
