روایت شکل‌گیری تأسیس مدرسه‌ی ویژه‌ی کودکان کار و واکاوی عناصر برنامه درسی در آن

چکیده

امروزه بسیاری از کودکان کار به دلیل فقر مالی و فرهنگی از حق تحصیل محروم می‌باشند. عدم برخورداری از آموزش، تهدیدی برای این قشر آسیب‌پذیر و سلامت کل جامعه محسوب می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نحوه‌ی شکل‌گیری هویت حرفه‌ای و تجارب زیسته‌ی مدیر و مؤسس اولین مجموعه مدارس ویژه‌ی کودکان کار در شهر تهران انجام شد. پژوهش مورد نظر، روایی و از نوع تحقیقات کیفی و تفسیرگرایانه می‌باشد که در آن از تکنیک مصاحبه‌ روایی و یادداشت‌برداری میدانی استفاده شده است. واکاوی روایت‌ها حاکی از تأثیر عمیق تجارب مدرسه‌ای در تغییر باورها و شکل‌گیری هویت حرفه‌ای شرکت کننده‌ی پژوهش است. وی در مجموعه مدارس ویژه‌ی کودکان کار، بر مبنای سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش و مطابق با نیازهای کودکان کار، برنامه‌ی درسی ویژه‌ای تحت عنوان «الگوی رویش» طراحی کرده که در اجرا با موفقیت روبه رو بوده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد آموزش به کودکان کار، مستلزم اتخاذ یک رویکرد حمایتی از سوی آموزش و پرورش و همکاری این سازمان با شهرداری‌ها و سازمان بهزیستی است و همچنین توانمندسازی کودکان کار، نیازمند تغییراتی در عناصر برنامه‌‌ی درسی کنونی مطابق با نیازهای این کودکان می‌باشد.
