الگوی پارادایمی نقش معلمان در احیای تفکر دینی و ترویج معارف نماز در بین آینده سازان انقلاب

چکیده

دانش‌آموزان ایران به عنوان آینده‌سازان جامعه، حافظان انقلاب اسلامی خواهند بود و لازم است تا تفکرات دینی، انقلابی و معارف نماز در میان آنان ترویج گردد. معلمان به عنوان متولیان اصلی تعلیم و تربیت کشور نقش مهمی در زمینه ترویج این معارف دارند. بنابر آگاهی از شرایط، علل و عوامل اثرگذار توسط آنان بر تحقق هدف مذکور می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز و یاریگر رسیدن به جامعه مطلوب و تربیت صحیح باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی و ارائه الگوی پارادایمی نقش معلمان در احیای تفکر دینی و ترویج معارف اسلامی در بین آینده‌سازان انقلاب از دیدگاه معلمان براساس رویکرد کیفی و نظریه داده‌بنیاد است. داده-های مورد نیاز از طریق نمونه‌گیری نظری و هدفمند با روش مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته با معلمان و متخصصان عرصه تعلیم و تربیت در شهر نجف‌آباد، گردآوری و طی سه فرآیند؛ کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی، مفهوم‌پردازی و تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش شامل 120 مفهوم اولیه، 55 مضمون فرعی و 18 مضمون اصلی است که مقوله‌ هسته، « معلمان و احیای تفکر دینی و ترویج معارف نماز در بین آینده سازان انقلاب» برساخت گردید و الگوی پارادایمی بدست آمده، شرایط و علل، عوامل و ضرورت‌های لازم را بازنمایی کرده و برای رسیدن به نتایج مطلوب لازم است تا تمام مؤلفه‌های اثرگذار با اتخاذ تدابیر و استراتژی‌های لازم، پیامدهای این امر را فراهم سازند.
