عوامل مؤثر بر کارآفرینی آموزشی در نظام دانشگاهی (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه فرهنگیان)

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر، باهدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر آموزش کارآفرینی در نظام دانشگاهی انجام شد. این پژوهش بر مبنای هدف، در ذیل پژوهش‌های کاربردی است که به روش کیفی انجام‌شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش، شامل کلیه خبرگان و فعالان بخش کارآفرینی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در سال تحصیلی 1399-1400 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 19 نفر به‌عنوان مشارکت‌کننده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. اعتبار ابزار اندازه‌گیری داده‌ها با استفاده از روش توافق کدگذاران مورد تأیید واقع شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA12 استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش، بیانگر این بود که عوامل مؤثر بر آموزش کارآفرینی در نظام دانشگاهی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان را می‌توان در قالب 4 عامل (زمینه‌ای، عوامل علّی، استراتژی‌ها و عوامل مداخله‌گر) و 11 مؤلفه (عوامل اجتماعی- فرهنگی، عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل نهادی، راهبردی، مدیریتی، حمایت و پشتیبانی، جذب و بکارگماری، توانمندسازی، انگیزشی، تقویت اکوسیستم کارآفرینی و دانشگاهی) و 223 شاخص طبقه‌بندی کرد.
