بررسی نقش فن شش کلاه تفکر در بهبود کتاب‌خوانی دانش‌آموزان پایه ششم ابتدایی

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش فن شش کلاه تفکر به‌عنوان یک روش خلاق و نوین در بهبود کتاب‌خوانی دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی و شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف پیرامون آن است. در این راستا از رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، معلمان و دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره ابتدایی مدارس دولتی شهرستان جغتای در سال تحصیلی 1400-1401 بودند که 10 نفر از آنان به طور هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده از فن مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و جهت تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از روش هفت مرحله‌ای کلایزی استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نیز با استفاده از معیارهای اعتباریابی لینکن و گوبا (1985) اعتباریابی شد. تحلیل عمیق مصاحبه‌ها به بازنمایی 9 مقوله و 53 زیرمقوله مرتبط منتج گردید. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، نقاط قوت استفاده از فن شش کلاه تفکر در کتاب‌خانه مدارس افزایش انگیزه، رشد تفکر انتقادی، تقویت خلاقیت، بهبود تعاملات و نتایج مثبت است. در خصوص نقاط ضعف مواردی چون محدودیت زمان، مشکلات اجرا، محدودیت منابع و مشکلات ساختاری احصا گردید. در پایان بر لزوم بازاندیشی و تمهید سازوکارهایی متناسب جهت ترویج فرهنگ کتاب‌خوانی در دانش‌آموزان و کاهش محدودیت‌ها تاکید و به برخی پیشنهادهای کاربردی اشاره شده است.
