شناسایی چالش‌ها و راهبردهای ارتقای برنامه آماده‌سازی نو معلمان مهارت‌آموز ماده 28 در ایران: یک گستره پژوهی مروری نظامند

چکیده

زمینه و هدف پژوهش: علی‌رغم نقش تعیین‌کننده برنامه‌های آماده‌سازی معلمان در کیفیت‌بخشی به یادگیری دانش‌آموزان در مدارس، تصویر روشنی و شفافی از یکی از مهم‌ترین برنامه‌های آماده‌سازی نو معلمان، مهارت‌آموزان ماده 28، در ایران برای حرفه معلمی وجود ندارد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی چالش‌ها و راهبردهای ارتقای برنامه آماده‌سازی نو معلمان مهارت آموز ماده 28 بود. روش: گستره پژوهشی مروری نظام‌مند به‌عنوان روش پژوهش برای تحلیل گزارش‌های علمی منتشر شده بین سال‌های 1394 تا 1402 در پایگاه های ‌داده‌ علمی ایرانی با تمرکز بر عبارت‌های کلیدی «مهارت‌آموزان ماده 28»، «برنامه آماده‌سازی نو معلمان ماده 28»، «تجربیات زیسته مهارت‌آموزان ماده 28»، «برنامه‌های آموزشی بدو استخدام معلمان» مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: تحلیل مضمون استقرایی داده‌های شناسایی شده منجر به شناسایی هفت چالش هفت چالش «تطبیق برنامه درسی با نیازهای آموزشی حرفه معلمی»، «مدیریت ضعیف اجرای برنامه آماده‌سازی»، «کیفیت ناچیز کارورزی»، «ابهام در مورد کیفیت آزمون اصلح»، «ضعف مدرسان در ابعاد پداگوژیک و فناورانه»، «جو منفی در مواجهه با اجرای پودمان‌های آموزشی در محیط دانشگاه»، «فقر زیرساخت‌های رفاهی و آموزشی» و شش راهبرد «تفویض اختیار بخشی از برنامه آماده‌سازی مهارت‌آموزان به پردیس‌ها»، «سرمایه‌گذاری بر روی زیرساخت‌های نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری»، «توانمندسازی استادان متناسب با برنامه درسی مهارت‌آموزان»، «بهبود کیفیت امکانات رفاهی مهارت‌آموزان»، «مشخص‌کردن مدارس همکار دانشگاه فرهنگیان»، «شاداب‌سازی جو آموزش مهارت‌آموزان» برای ارتقای برنامه آماده‌سازی نو معلمان مهارت‌آموز ماده 28 شد. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌تواند برای اصلاح کاستی‌ها و ارتقای برنامه آماده‌سازی نو معلمان مهارت آموز ماده 28 مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.
