چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطۀ تجارب دانشجومعلمان با دستاوردهای آنان از تحصیل در دانشگاه فرهنگیان، پردیس علامه طباطبایی بوشهر بود. همۀ دانشجومعلمان ورودی سال‌های 91 و 92 (465 نفر) این پردیس در سال تحصیلی 93-94 جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش بودند که با به‌کارگیری روش تمام‌شماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامۀ دانشجویان دانشکده (Pace & Kuh, 1998) استفاده شد. باتوجه‌به نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون داده‌ها، مشخص شد که هر سه بُعد تجارب دانشجومعلمان، شامل ادراک کیفیت تلاش و کیفیت محیط و انسجام اجتماعی، به‌ترتیب پیش‌بینی‌‌کنندۀ مثبت معنادار دستاوردهای دانشگاهی آنان است. علاوه‌براین، نتایج حاصل از آزمون t مستقل نشان داد که بین ابعاد تجارب و دستاوردهای تحصیلی دانشجومعلمان ورودی سال‌های 91 با 92 تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد.
