نقش میانجی رهبری معنوی بر رابطه‌ی خودکارآمدی ورزشی و تعهد حرفه‌ای درمعلمان تربیت‌بدنی

چکیده

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی روابط بین خودکارآمدی ورزشی و رهبری معنوی با تعهد حرفه­ای در میان معلمان تربیت­بدنی می­باشد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه­ی آماری پژوهش کلیه­ی معلمان تربیت بدنی شهرستان پارس­آباد مغان می­باشد که بر اساس آمار 119 نفر بوده و با استفاده از روش سرشماری، تمامی آنها برای پاسخگویی به پرسش­نامه­ها انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش سه پرسش­نامه تعهد حرفه­ای معلمان ابمیر (1990)، رهبری معنوی فرای و همکاران (2005) و پرسش­نامه بررسی عادات تمرینی و خودکارآمدیسالیس و همکاران (1988) می­باشد که روایی و پایایی آنها بررسی و تأیید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته­ها حاکی از آن بودند که بین خودکارآمدی ورزشی معلمان با احساس رهبری معنوی آنان رابطه­ی معنا­داری وجود دارد ولی رابطه­ی بین خودکارآمدی ورزشی با تعهد حرفه­ای معنا­دار نبود. همچنین نقش میانجی رهبری معنوی در رابطه­ی بین خودکارآمدی ورزشی و تعهد حرفه­ای نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.
