بررسی تأثیر ابعاد استقرار سازمان مربی‌گرا بر یادگیری سازمانی در پردیس‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی دانشگاه فرهنگیان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی تأثیر ابعاد استقرار سازمان مربی‌گرا بر متغیر یادگیری سازمانی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر نوع کمی و از نظر روش، توصیفی - پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان دانشگاه فرهنگیان در استان‌های خراسان رضوی، شمالی و جنوبی با جمعیت ۳۹۸ نفر بودند که 196 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای به صورت نسبی با بهره‌گیری از جدول کرجسی و مورگان (1970) انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری، بسته نرم‌افزار آماری در علوم اجتماعی و نرم‌افزار پی. ال. اس استفاده شد. میزان بار عاملی و مقادیر T و سطح معناداری آزمون معادلات ساختاری، نشان داد تنها، بُعد زمینه ایجاد سازمان مربی‌گرا دارای تأثیر معنادار بر متغیر یادگیری سازمانی می‌باشد و مابقی ابعاد تأثیر قابل‌توجهی بر یادگیری ندارند. لذا به منظور بهبود یادگیری سازمانی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان به عنوان یک سازمان مربی‌گرا باید بر روی بعد زمینه استقرار توجه شود و بر سایر ابعاد، سرمایه‌گذاری کمتری صورت گیرد.
