مقایسه شایستگی های نومعلمان پذیرفته شده از طریق دوره های 4 ساله و ماده 28 اساسنامه دانشگاه فرهنگیان از منظر مدیران مدارس استان اصفهان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه شایستگی‌های نو معلمان جذب شده از طریق دوره 4 ساله دانشگاه فرهنگیان و ماده 28 اساسنامه دانشگاه فرهنگیان از منظر مدیران مدارس استان اصفهان است. روش شناسی مبتنی بر رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) است. جامعه آماری پژوهش مدیران مدارس استان اصفهان می باشند. در بخش کیفی پژوهش با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند 18 نفر از مدیران و در بخش کمی با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای 286 نفر از مدیران مدارس استان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در بخش کیفی از ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی از روش کدگذاری باز و محوری و در بخش کمی از آزمون t گروهی مستقل استفاده گردید. نتایج بخش‌های کیفی و کمی ضمن تایید یکدیگر نشان دادۀ، از منظر مدیران مدارس صلاحیت نومعلمان جذب شده طریق دوره 4 ساله دانشگاه فرهنگیان بیشتر از نومعلمان جذب شده از ماده 28 اساسنامه دانشگاه می باشد.
