نقش میانجی باورهای معرفت شناختی در ارتباط بین ارزش های فرهنگی و راهبردهای فراشناختی دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه ابعاد فرهنگی هافستد، باورهای معرفت شناختی و راهبردهای فراشناختی دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان با روش مدل معادلات ساختاری انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجو معلمان کارشناسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان تهران (پردیس شهید مفتح شهر ری و مرکز آموزش عالی عترت واوان اسلامشهر) بوده که حدوداً 1040 نفر بودند و 361 نفر از آنان در پژوهش شرکت کردند. نتایج معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مردانگی/زنانگی، جمع گرایی/فردگرایی، فاصله قدرت و جهت‌گیری بلندمدت تأثیر مستقیم معنی‌داری بر ساختار دانش دارند، جمع گرایی/فردگرایی، فاصله قدرت، ابهام‌گریزی و جهت‌گیری بلندمدت تأثیر مستقیم معنی‌داری بر سرعت اکتساب دانش دارند. فاصله قدرت تأثیر مستقیم معنی‌داری بر ثبات دانش و منبع دانش دارد. همچنین جمع گرایی/فردگرایی، فاصله قدرت و جهت گیری بلندمدت تأثیر مستقیم معنی‌داری بر کنترل اکتساب دانش دارند. تأثیر مستقیم ساختار دانش و منبع دانش بر راهبردهای فراشناختی مثبت و معنی‌دار است اما تأثیر مستقیم سرعت اکتساب دانش و کنترل اکتساب دانش بر راهبردهای فراشناختی منفی و معنی‌دار است. در مجموع می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که یافته‌ها اهمیت ارزش‌های فرهنگی در باورهای معرفت شناختی و در نتیجه راهبردهای فراشناختی دانشجویان را مورد تأیید قرار می‌دهد.
