ارائه الگویی برای توسعه جو رشددهنده در کلاس تربیت بدنی بر اساس تئوری مولتی گرندد

چکیده

پیشینه و اهداف: یکی از مقوله‌های مهم در بهبود کیفیت آموزشی جو کلاس است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگویی برای توسعه جو رشددهنده کلاس تربیت‌بدنی مبتنی بر نظریه مولتی گرندد است. روش‌ها‌: پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر داده‌ها به روش کیفی و با رویکرد مولتی‌گرندد انجام شده است. شرکت‌کنندگان 24 نفر از معلمین تربیت‌بدنی، سرگروه‌های آموزشی و کارشناسان و متخصصین برنامه‌درسی تربیت‌بدنی بودند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود. این پژوهش در سه مرحله انجام شد: ۱- کدگذاری مصاحبه‌های عمیق 2- تولید نظریه اولیه بر اساس کدگذاری استقرایی، پالایش مفهومی،‌کدگذاری الگویی و تلخیص نظری 3- زمینه‌مندی آشکار از طریق انطباق نظری با مدل‌ها ، تئوری‌ها و پژوهش‌های قبلی. برای اعتباربخشی به پژوهش از روش همسوسازی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: مدل نهایی پژوهش شامل شرایط کنشی درونی (۵ مقوله فرعی) و بیرونی(۳ مقوله فرعی)، پدیده اصلی(۴ مقوله فرعی)، کنش‌ها (۷ مقوله فرعی)،‌ و نتایج و پیامدهای کنش(۳ مقوله فرعی) بود. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان بیان کرد که با بسترسازی از طریق شرایط کنشی درونی (مانند بازمهندسی برنامه درسی، توسعه فضا و تجهیزات، ارتقای برنامه‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان، و حمایت مدیران مدارس) و در نظر گرفتن برخی از شرایط کنشی بیرونی‌( شرایط محیطی، خانواده و قوانین)، می‌توان انتظار داشت جو کلاس تربیت‌بدنی در ابعاد سازمانی، محیطی، روانی و تربیتی بهبود یابد.
