مقایسه اهمال کاری تحصیلی، تاب آوری و طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه در دانش‌آموزان با سطوح مختلف اضطراب اجتماعی

چکیده

پیشینه و اهداف: اضطراب اجتماعی یکی از مشکلات روانشناختی است که تاثیرات منفی فراوانی بر سلامت روانشناختی و جسمانی نوجوانان دارد؛ بر همین اساس شناخت عوامل مرتبط با آن اهمیت فراوانی دارد. در این راستا هدف این پژوهش مقایسه اهمال کاری تحصیلی، تاب آوری و طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه در دانش‌آموزان با سطوح مختلف اضطراب اجتماعی بود. روش‌ها‌: روش پژوهش علی- مقایسه‌ای و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود که از بین آن ها به روش طبقه‌ای نسبتی، 398 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه‌های هراس اجتماعی کانور و همکاران (2000)، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ و براون (2006)، مقیاس گرایش اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی تاکمن (1991) و مقیاس تاب‌آوری کانر و دیویدسون (2003) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری و آزمون تعقیبی بانفرونی انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که دانش‌آموزان با اضطراب اجتماعی زیاد در مقایسه با دانش آموزان با اضطراب اجتماعی متوسط و کم، اهمال کاری تحصیلی و طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه بیشتری داشتند و از تاب آوری کمتری برخوردار بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی و طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه بیشتر و تاب آوری کمتر دانش‌آموزان با اضطراب اجتماعی زیاد در مقایسه با دانش‌آموزان سایر سطوح اضطراب اجتماعی، لزوم توجه به اضطراب اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان در برنامه‌های پیشگیری و درمانی بیش از پیش آشکار میشود.
