شناسایی و ارزشیابی مولفه‌های کیفیت آموزش مجازی دوره دوم متوسطه شهر تبریز

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و ارزشیابی کیفیت مولفه های آموزش مجازی در دوره دوم متوسطه شهر تبریز بود. این پژوهش به روش ترکیبی از نوع راهبرد اکتشافی متوالی است. در مرحله کیفی از روش تحلیل محتوای عرفی و در مرحله کمی تحقیق پیمایشی-توصیفی استفاده شد. مشارکت کنندگان بخش کیفی اساتید و معلمان با سابقه بیش از ده سال در حوزه تعلیم و تربیت شهر تبریز بودند که تعداد 19نفر به صورت گلوله برفی، جهت مصاحبه عمیق انتخاب شدند. همچنین نمونه آماری بخش کمی نیز شامل 385 نفر از دانش آموزان بود که به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی از تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمی از روش های تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و آزمون t تک نمونه ای استفاده شد. نتایج بخش کیفی شامل 33 مضمون فرعی و 11 مضمون اصلی بود که عبارت بودند از: بعد فناورانه آموزش مجازی، سیاست های کلان کشور، مدیریت و برنامه ریزی آموزشی، محتوای دوره آموزش مجازی، سنجش متناسب با زیست بوم جدید آموزشی، طراحی آموزشی اثربخش، ابعاد فرهنگی آموزش و یادگیری مجازی، کفایت بودجه آموزش، توانمند سازی کنشگران آموزش مجازی، مدیریت کلاس برای تدریس اثربخش و یادگیری فعال و سواد رسانه ای.نتایج کمی نشان داد که کیفیت آموزش مجازی در سطح پایینی قرار دارد. کیفیت آموزش مجازی در حوزه های فناورانه آموزش مجازی، سیاست کلان کشور، مدیریت و برنامه ریزی آموزشی، طراحی آموزشی اثربخش، کفایت بودجه آموزشی، توانمندسازی کنشگران، مدیریت کلاس برای تدریس از نظر دانش آموزان در سطح پایین تری قرار دارد
