درگیری تحصیلی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی: نقش واسطه‌ای پایداری تحصیلی و تاب‌آوری در دانش آموزان دختر

چکیده

پیشینه و اهداف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی رابطة ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با درگیری تحصیلی با نقش میانجی پایداری تحصیلی و تاب‌آوری در دانش‌آموزان دختر انجام شد. روش: طرح پژوهشی حاضر از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی بود. تعداد 303 دانش‌آموز با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌های ویژگی‌های شخصیتی نئو، پایداری تحصیلی طالب و همکاران، تاب‌آوری کونور – دیویدسون و درگیری تحصیلی اترخت جمع‌آوری شدند. یافته‌ها: بررسی و ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادشده با روش معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در رابطه بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با درگیری تحصیلی، پایداری تحصیلی و تاب‌آوری میانجی‌گری می‌کنند . نتایج نشان داد مسیرهای غیرمستقیم روانرنجوری (195/0-=β) ، انعطاف پذیری (077/0=β)، برونگرایی (139/0=β) و مسولیت پذیری (507/0=β) بر درگیری تحصیلی اثر غیر مستقیم و معنادار ) 001/0 (P< است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده مبتنی بر داشتن نقش میانجی پایداری تحصیلی و تاب آوری در ارتباط بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و درگیری تحصیلی می‌توان چنین نتیجه‌گیری کرد که با پرورش پایداری تحصیلی و تاب آوری با بسته‌های آموزشی طراحی شده می‌توانیم در کوتاه مدت تغییراتی در درگیری تحصیلی دانش آموزان داشته باشیم. در این راستا، ارائه دوره‌های آموزشی برای والدین و معلمان در جهت آشنایی با چگونگی تقویت تاب‌آوری و پایداری تحصیلی می‌تواند مفید باشد.
