بررسی اثربخشی برنامه آموزش کارکردهای اجرایی برای معلمان دوره ابتدایی بر شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای آنان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی برنامه آموزش کارکردهای اجرایی برای معلمان دوره ابتدایی بر روی شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای آنان بود. روش پژوهش حاضر، شبه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل نامعادل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه معلمان پایه ابتدایی ناحیه یک استان یزد در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 تشکیل می‌دهند (900نفر). ابتدا به روش خوشه‌ای از بین مدارس دوره ابتدایی 15 مدرسه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شد و سپس از میان معلمان مدارس 30 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در گروه کنترل و آزمایش قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش طی 45 روز (15 جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای) برنامه آموزشی را دریافت کردند. نتایج تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیری نشان داد برنامه آموزشی کارکردهای اجرایی در افزایش شایستگی آموزشی، رفتاری، اجتماعی، فکری، مدیریتی، طراحی محیط فیزیکی، طراحی محیط عاطفی، اخلاق حرفه‌ای، توسعه حرفه‌ای و فناوری در معلمان گروه آزمایش موثر بود. بنابراین، برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی و کارگاهی در زمینه بهبود و تقویت کارکردهای اجرایی معلمان به منظور ارتقای شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای معلمان و به تبع آن مهارت‌های اجرایی و عملکرد تحصیلی دانش-آموزان توصیه می‌شود.
